  • Fire doors: students should not place items in front of fire doors.
  • If you are expecting a guest, please notify the Front Desk or the 10th Street desk.

Meeting schedule

In our meetings this week, we discussed revising the meeting schedule again, consolidating team meetings to Tuesdays. We'll keep faculty meetings on Thursdays.
Tuesday, 2:15pm: 7th Grade Team
Tuesday, 2:45pm: 6th Grade Team
Tuesday 3:15pm: 8th Grade Team
Thursday, 2:45pm: MS Faculty Meeting

Attendance procedures...

From Anelisa: To be certain which students are physically on campus we need to record attendance specifically. This will prevent confusion during an emergency. Please mark the students Absent even if parents have communicated they will be tardy. Once they are on campus, I will then note they are HERE and change their status to Tardy.

Accessing the OCC

In our MS Faculty meeting, John introduced how to log onto the replacement for the OCC. Below is the video he showed and walked us through. Please follow the directions to make a new account for IBO.org. Once you have done this, John will be notified by email that you have set up a new account (old ones for the OCC won’t work and you need to register as new). John and Clare are happy to help in any way we can, please reach out if you need help with this process. It would be great to have all MS teachers registered before Feb break.

Ordering & Supplies

Just a reminder - please direct all requests for supplies and special orders through Neil. Just shoot him an email with ordering information and relevant links. He is developing a form to streamline the ordering process, and we'll add that to the permanent links on this blog when it's ready.
