Followup on Teams
Thanks for signing up for a variety of teams to address different aspects of the MS program. Please feel free to sign up for any of these teams at any time. Some of these teams will begin discussion this spring, and others will wait until we return in August. If any other topics emerge that deserve some more focused attention, please let me know!Teams: MS Handbook Review, Advisory Conference Review, Assessment, Journeys, Service Learning, Experience Days, Chapel, Admissions Process
In addition to these teams, we will also make time during June in-Service to prepare for the Orientation Trip.
NAIS AIM Survey
Repost: In early May, Annie Wright will engage in the NAIS Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM) Climate Survey. This is the result of yearlong discussion and research by members of the Diversity Topic Group. The group hopes to get 100% participation by students and faculty, and time will be made available for everyone to complete the survey. The survey will help the Topic Group identify strengths in our community and program regarding diversity work as well as areas to explore through Professional Development. It will also help the school identify areas for programming around diversity in the coming years. If you have any questions about the survey, please reach out to Jamie Parrott, who leads the Topic Group, or other members of the group (including Angelica and Bill).Advisory this week...
